Closing the knowledge gap

The gap between what women experience and what the healthcare system explains is one of the most consequential failures in modern medicine. Women report an average of 7-10 years between symptom onset and endometriosis diagnosis. Perimenopausal women are routinely told their labs are "normal" while experiencing debilitating symptoms.

Our education pillar exists to close this gap — not by replacing clinical care, but by empowering women with the knowledge to advocate effectively within it. When you understand your own physiology, you can ask better questions, evaluate treatment options more critically, and partner with your providers rather than passively receiving care.

Every article, guide, and course in our library undergoes review by board-certified practitioners. We cite primary sources, distinguish between levels of evidence, and explicitly flag areas where the science is still evolving.
